Multi-discipline engineering and surveying firm McKim & Creed (Raleigh, NC) acquired Infratec Consultants (Atlanta, GA), a multi-disciplined provider of planning and engineering services to the civil and environmental industry, with a particular focus on water and wastewater infrastructure. Link to details

Leading environmental engineering and construction firm SCS Engineers (Long Beach, CA) acquired 75-person solid waste management and environmental engineering and consulting firm Aquaterra Environmental Solutions (Overland Park, KS). Leading engineering and architecture firm HDR (Omaha, NE) merged with 200-person leading healthcare architecture firm TMK Architekten - Ingenieure (Berlin, Germany).
