Global engineering and PM/CM firm Hatch (Mississauga, Canada) acquired geochemistry and hydrology engineering company Interralogic (Fort Collins, CO). The acquisition will add 13 employees to Hatch’s Water and Tailings business unit. Link to details

Environmental Compliance Services (ECS) (Agawam, MA) acquired the assets of Pangean-CMD Associates (PCMD) (Woodstock, GA), a provider of environmental consulting, engineering, geotechnical, and construction material testing services. Link to details

Design, measurement, and visualization technology firm Hexagon (Stockholm, Sweden) acquired the remaining 90% of North West Geomatics (Calgary, Canada), a provider of aerial mapping and related spatial data services to engineering and mapping firms, environmental consulting firms, and government agencies. Hexagon had previously acquired a 10% stake in North West Geomatics in 2012. Link to details
