Multi-discipline design consulting firm Bury (Austin, TX) acquired CHP and Associates Consulting Engineers (CHPA) (Houston, TX). CHPA provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. Engineering, architectural, planning and geospatial firm GRW (Lexington, KY) acquired Chapman Technical Group (St. Albans, WV). Chapman provides engineering, architectural, interior design, surveying and landscape architectural services for clients throughout West Virginia. Link to details

12/3/2013 Diversified engineering, architecture and construction management firm CHA (Albany, NY) acquired Huntley Partners (Atlanta, GA), an economic development consulting firm.  Huntley will work with CHA's Development Solutions group, which helps clients plan, fund and execute projects. Link to details
