Professional consulting and design firm WSB & Associates (Minneapolis, MN) announced its pending merger with McGhie & Betts (Rochester, MN). McGhie & Betts provides land surveying, urban-land planning, civil and geotechnical engineering, material testing, landscape architecture and aviation planning services.
