Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood (GMC) (Montgomery, AL) (ENR #270) acquired Infinity Architecture (Montgomery, AL), a leader in the design of athletic and academic facilities. International design practice, Scott Brownrigg (London, UK) acquired a 100% stake in GMW Architects and GMW International Architects Ltd (London, UK).
