The Green Building Opportunity Index has provided a national overview of office markets across the United States. The categories covered include: Office Market Conditions, Investment Outlook, Green Adoption & Implementation, Local Mandates & Incentives, State Energy Initiatives, and Green Culture.
The top five cities are San Francisco, Oakland, Calif., Midtown New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, respectively.
