Uptime Institute announced its Accredited Tier Designer program schedule. The Accredited Tier Designer program limits the attendance at each session due to the intensive nature of the course material and the emphasis on topical discussions. The course provides instruction to design professionals, in the context of real-life designs, on practical application of the Tiers, including common issues and misconceptions.
The benefits of the Accredited Tier Designer endorsement are:
Save money
• Reduce internal and client costs by minimizing lost design due to misunderstood Tier criteria
Optimize schedule
• Shorten design interval by limiting iterative design—design directly to the Tier objective
Expand client list
• Differentiate your organization while competing for projects with a specific Tier objective
Enhance client satisfaction
• Properly apply the Tier concepts to deliver on-time, on-budget, and Tier-certified
Improve skills and qualifications
• Professional development hours as appropriate
The 2010 Accredited Tier Designer schedule is:
April 14 to 16, Chicago
Sept. 22 to 24, London
Dec. 1 to 3, Atlanta
