It features a hinged collar that opens for easily installing or adjusting a shaft, tube, or pipe and is securely attached to a machined aluminum base. The hinged collars are available in both inch and metric sizes from 1/8-inch to 4-inch diameter and the rigid stand-off bases have tapped mounting holes and come in six heights from 1 inch to 6 inches. Designed for applications requiring an installation more secure than an ordinary metal bracket or for systems where frequent changes may be needed, the Stafford Universal Mount Assembly’s hinged collar is offered in steel or stainless steel. Bases can also be made from fiberglass and other materials. Options include a quick-release handle and PTFE or nylon bushings.
