Erick TLC Engineering for Architecture, Director Erick GonzalezGonzalez has joined TLC Engineering for Architecture as the director of their Miami office. Mr. Gonzalez has more than 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, project management and construction management. As a registered Professional Engineer and a LEED-accredited professional, he is highly experienced in the use and implementation of sustainable design solutions within a variety of markets, both domestic and international. His understanding of energy systems, both through academic and practical experience, puts him in an ideal position to manage the sustainability process and maximize a project’s energy saving potential. He has worked on numerous types of buildings including judicial, educational, commercial, airports and state and local government.

Mr. Gonzalez earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Havana and his master’s in construction management from Florida International University. TLC Engineering for Architecture is one of the largest consulting engineering firms in the South with headquarters in Orlando and offices in Dallas, Tallahassee, Ft. Myers, Cocoa, Deerfield Beach, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, and Nashville.
