These faucets have a motion sensor that starts and stops the flow of water, automatically reducing daily gallons used, reducing sewage bills, limiting hot water consumption, saving energy, and preventing the risk of accidental overflow. M•Power sensor-operated faucets help prevent waste and possible overflow via a sensor eye. It also has above- and below-deck electronics installation options based on sink styles or building preferences. Two above-deck M•Power faucet models feature a built-in handle for manual operation and temperature control. Each faucet is powered using lead-free AA alkaline batteries or a low-powered ac adaptor and comes equipped with a water-conserving, vandal-resistant aerator.
