The benefits of using permanent instruments in setup, monitoring, control, performance validation, and fault detection are the focus. Some of the devices previously reviewed are used to highlight potential measurement performance and to explore air system setup techniques. This approach provides flexibility for the owner and enables future energy optimization potential.
