With more and more owners becoming familiar with and utilizing commissioning and retro-commissioning for the repurposing of existing facilities, they are becoming aware of ongoing commissioning (OCx) in order to maintain and sustain their facilities at the highest levels. OCx is the process of continuous improvement of the performance of buildings and their systems. This presentation reviews the ongoing commissioning process, how it is implemented, and will review the new NEBB OCx program and the development of NEBB’s new guideline. This presentation is be valuable to building managers, operators, service providers, contractors and commissioning providers and will provide a business case for the implementation of ongoing commissioning.
