Muscatine, Iowa-based Stanley Consultants announced that Gayle Robert is the recipient of the Iowa State University professional achievement award. The ISU College of Engineering presented Roberts with a Professional Achievement Citation in Engineering (PACE) at its Alumni Association Honors and Awards Ceremony.
Atlanta-based Newcomb & Boyd announced that Lynda B. Herrig, PE, LEED AP is now an associate partner of the firm. Newcomb & Boyd also announced that Jonathan A. Bair, Kasey P. Mitchell, PE, LEED AP, and R. Max Shirley, RCDD, have been named senior associates. Darren M. Draper, LEED AP, and Bruce M. Krohn have been named associates.
New York City-based STV announced that Daniel B. Reddan, PE , joined the firm as vice president and will serve as project executive on the new police academy for the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in Queens, NY.

Burlington, Mass.-based Royal Philips Electronics announced that Zia Eftekhar
has been appointed CEO of Philips Professional Luminaires North America.
