Spring House, Pa. — MPACS (measurement, process analysis, and control system) advances the technology of dimensional measurement systems by blending advanced control software, standardized hardware, and open system connectivity. Modular in design, MPACS uses any PC (commercial, industrial, customer standard, etc.) and Dynascan 4000 intelligent remote I/O system. The split-architecture system increases overall performance and permits third-party applications to be run on the PC without degrading measurement performance, regardless of software loaded on the PC.
