Joe Bailey, Lane Coburn & Associates LLCLane Coburn & Associates, LLC has hired Joe Bailey as a Senior Electrical Designer in its Seattle office. Joe is a seasoned Senior Electrical Designer with more than 17 years of experience in the industry. Joe has a significant amount of experience in the design and construction administration of mission critical facilities and medium voltage distribution. Joe’s background includes extensive project experience in mission critical, commercial, municipal, institutional, industrial, airport, seaport and military projects.

Design experience includes site lighting, power distribution, standby and emergency power systems, building power, lighting, communications, controls, cost estimating, project management and construction administration. Computer skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, SKM Power Tools, Microsoft Word and Excel, and other engineering programs. Joe’s goal on every project is to create high-quality construction documents, including calculations, plans, details and specifications, and to coordinate effectively with the design team and other disciplines to ensure quality control and code compliance.
