Rustlick biostable semi-synthetic cutting fluids enable manufacturing plants to consolidate to one universal fluid. They are available in a non-chlorinated version %%MDASSML%% Ultracut 370R - or a chlorinated version %%MDASSML%% Ultracut 375R. The versatility of the fluids allow them to be used for both machining and grinding operation while providing optimum performance for a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its high level of rust protection makes it also ideal for cast iron. The Ultracut 370R and 375R offer high lubricity and rust protection, good corrosion protection, lubrication, and tolerance to contamination with exceptional biostability and longer sump life than soluble oil cutting fluids.
