     Registration is now open for the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) 23rd Annual Educational Conference, October 12 to 15th, in San Antonio, Texas, at the Hyatt Hill County Resort. Conference activities will provide attendees strategies to recognize hidden benefits and continuing challenges in an unstable marketplace.    Attendees will be provided with ideas for addressing growing environmental consciousness while dealing with soaring energy costs. Sessions will focus on changing technologies, customer desires, workforce attitudes and shortages, escalating costs and employee demands.  The UA/MSCA Mobile Green Classroom, full of cutting-edge, environmentally-friendly equipment will also be on hand. (More information is available about the mobile classroom.)  The program includes a special optional early-bird workshop focusing on a practical approach to energy auditing and retro-commissioning, Enhancing Energy Efficiency for High Performance Building. The conference will also feature an exhibitors' display, roundtable peer group discussion groups and an array of optional and social events.
