National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB)This presentation discusses the important aspects of existing measurement technology that can assist the TAB practitioner in the reduction of labor costs on a project and increase the reliability of his final report. The benefits of using permanent instruments in setup, monitoring, control, performance validation, and fault detection are the focus. Some of the devices previously reviewed are used to highlight potential measurement performance and to explore air system setup techniques. This approach provides flexibility for the owner and enables future energy optimization potential.
