Stop-Silent valves, manufactured by Lasso, provide water hammer relief and tight, nonreturn shut-off for existing flanged piping systems. The design can be implemented directly into a flanged pip system without structural or housing alterations. The valve has no movable parts, making it more durable, and it can be manufactured out of various materials per demand. The units can handle fluids up to 10 ft/sec and gases up to 50 ft/sec in an operating temperature range of -4 to 356 F.
