IAQ control

-- Consulting-Specifying Engineer, 1/15/2008 1:29:00 PM

Comfort control center enhances comfort and IAQ in both residential and small commercial settings by controlling the blower speed in the existing air conditioner or heat pump systems. The result is a reduction in humidity levels through the removal of excess moisture in the air. The product also acts as a defense against mold propagation by lowering the relative humidity below 55%. The product features the ability to control the frequency and voltage reaching the blower motor, reduces power consumption, and achieves greater energy efficiencies. The controller works with standard or inverter grade PSC or shaded pole motors and uses a menu-drive program. The product is available in 115 V AC and 230 V AC models.
