Boston-based Vanderweil Engineers recently opened an office in downtown Baltimore. The new location will enable the firm to expand further into the mid-Atlantic region. Vanderweil also plans to recruit professional and administrative staff to the new office over the next several months. The Baltimore office is located at 231 E. Baltimore St., 5th floor.
Philadelphia-based Kling, formerly Kling Lindquist, has opened a new office in Raleigh, N.C. Plans call for further expansion over the next few years into New England and the West Coast.
Sako & Associates Inc., Chicago, has expanded its security and communication service offering to include safety management services, ranging from emergency evacuation planning to workplace violence programs.
