Video: How to Upload your Supporting Materials to the Website
Thank you for submitting payment for your entries in the 2012 Product of the Year contest.
Your entry is not complete at this point. You will need to submit your supporting materials in the "File Upload Box" below.
You need to use either a Firefox or Chrome browser in order to successfully upload your products.
Please read through the "Best Practices" section for the proper submission requirements and watch the video "How to Upload Your Supporting Materials to the Website" if you have any questions.
Supporting materials for the Product of the Year Contest include:
- Digital photo of the product
- Accepted file types (.jpg, .tif, .eps)
- Press release, sales brochure, or dated email message indicating the product's availability to the public
- Accepted file types (.msg, .doc, .docx, .pdf)
- Supporting materials that highlight the product's features and benefits
- Accepted file types (.pdf, .doc, .docx)

Best Practices: Proper Submission Techniques
- Total File Size of Your Three Supporting Materials Must Not Exceed 25 MB.
- The dimensions and file size for hi-res, print-quality images are:
- 300 dpi (dots per inch), 3-inch x 5-inch, 300 K or larger file size
- Note: Larger file size does NOT always equal hi-res for print purposes
- 300 dpi (dots per inch), 3-inch x 5-inch, 300 K or larger file size
- Save all of your supporting materials files in the following naming convention:
- Company Name_Product Name_Supporting Material Type
- Example: Product Photo: CFE Media_Product ABC_Product Photo.jpg
- Press Release: CFE Media_Product ABC_Press Release.doc
- Product Features: CFE Media_Product ABC_Product Features.pdf
- Company Name_Product Name_Supporting Material Type
